Equity & Anti-Oppression Trainer
Trained theatre teaching artists teaching playwriting to underrepresented youth in schools through their Young Playwrights Program. The training covered culture and social identities, internalized oppression and racism, implicit bias, allyship, and decolonizing gender.
MFA Advocates for Social Justice
I formed the MFA Advocates for Social Justice as part of my appointment as a Diversity and Equity Peer Educator with The Office of Multicultural Affairs at Seattle University. I organized and advocated for inclusion and an equitable curriculum resulting in a revision of the program's current strategic plan.
I developed TeenTix's alumni engagement project as a retention and fundraising strategy to continue engaging teens aging out of our program. TeenTix’s vision is to build a future for our city by empowering young people to take an active role in shaping their arts community as audience members, critics, influencers, advocates, patrons and leaders.
All in for Washington Campaign
I directly neogiated with legislators to pass policy and bills for an equitable taxcode in Washington State. I also organized community based art build event "Art in for Washington" as an advocacy tool to address the regressive tax code in Washington State affecting low-income communities and communities of colour.

I founded The Chamber Project to reinvent the way classical music was presented to include a wider audience and address elitism within our industry.
Development, Fundraising and Events
Developed a financial development visual dashboard for FY14 - FY17 to track trends in individual giving, corporate and foundation funders for the team and board to fully understand the overall financial picture and impact of the organization.
